At Seas the Moment Properties, we are a fully licensed organisation specialising in holiday property rental management. Built from lots of experience being the traveler/guest, we know what a property needs to be successful.

Before we sought other investors to trust us with managing their rental properties, we tested our approach by running our own Holiday Rental Apartment.

This hands-on experience allowed us to truly understand the ins and outs of the short-term rental market. We’re committed to continuously learning and improving, but one thing we don’t need to learn is how to care. Our dedication to guest and owner satisfaction is at the core of everything we do.
