1. How much return can I expect from short-term rental compared to long-term rental?

2. How do you maximise my rental income?
We use cutting-edge software that lists your property across multiple booking channels simultaneously — including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our direct website — with instant integration to avoid double bookings. Our pricing program also monitors supply, demand, local events, and seasonal trends to keep occupancy rates around 85% or higher while securing the best possible nightly rate.
3. How and when do I get paid?
All funds are held securely in a trust account. You’ll receive your property’s net income once per month (within 3 working days of End of Month)
4. Can I still use my property for personal holidays?
Absolutely! You have complete freedom to enjoy your property. Just let us know your preferred dates, and we’ll block them out in the booking calendar for you.
5. What fees do you charge?
We offer a flexible and competitive fee structure designed to support property owners, especially in the early stages:
First 6 months: 10% commission (from first check-in)
After 6 months: 15% commission
This commission is only calculated on amounts paid by booking platforms and already includes GST (where applicable).
